We've worked to provide a high-visibility format for the 2006 Poster sessions.
We encourage you to stop by during the times listed below, or any time you happen
to be visiting Hydrogen Exp US, and check out the latest work for some of the
brightest names in hydrogen.
General
Information The posters will be presented in the exhibit hall at the Conference.
This is the same hall that will house the Hydrogen Expo US, so we expect a lot
of people to be visiting the poster area while they're looking at the exhibitor
booths.
The Expo floorplan, from the Hydrogen Expo US website, shows the
layout of the exhibit hall, including the poster area:
http://www.hydrogenexpo.com/floor.htm
We'll
be having two receptions in the exhibit hall, during which poster presenters should
plan to present their work. They are on Sunday, March 12, from 7-9 pm, and on
Tuesday, March 14, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Of course, visitors may browse the posters
any time the exhibit hall is open: please see our Conference
program for dates and times.
Information
for Presenters We are pleased to have you present your work as a poster
during the Conference. If you you are unable to present your work, please notify
as soon as possible so that we may adjust the schedule accordingly: see the Contact
Information below.
Submission We encourage, but do not require,
you to submit a final manuscript, to be included in the Proceedings of the Conference,
along with your abstract.
Please must upload your final manuscript at:
http://nha.confex.com/nha/responsePlus.cgi.
You will need your abstract ID and your password to upload your manuscript.
