Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Initiatives
Today more than 30 states are represented by a state or regional hydrogen or fuel cell initiative.  To support their efforts, the Clean Energy Group, National Hydrogen Association, and U.S. Department of Energy co-host a series of bi-monthly conference calls on various topics of interest.  Expert presentations, question and answer sessions, and participant dialogue provide state and regional initiative leaders an opportunity to share information and lessons learned.  Previous topics have included renewable hydrogen production, state incentives and programs, unique approaches to hydrogen project implementation, and forklifts as an early market application.  For information about future calls or to view previous presentations, please visit www.eere.energy.gov/hydrogenandfuelcells/states.

For the last three years, the NHA Conference and Hydrogen Expo has provided a forum for in-person meetings of this state and regional initiatives group.  For this year’s meeting, we will use the same “table talk/tabletop discussion” format used last year to cover multiple and focused topics of interest and allow for greater networking and interaction among participants.  The tabletop topics are described below – experts in each of these areas will lead small discussion groups and will be available to answer questions.  The table top discussions will be concurrent, but sufficient time has been allotted to allow participants an opportunity to visit each table.
