For Podium Presenters
Congratulations! We're delighted to have you present your work at a podium during the Conference.
Here is some information that will help you prepare your presentation:
- Presentation date and time
You can find your presentation on our preliminary agenda (HINT: use Ctrl+F to "find" your last name) If you submitted multiple abstracts, please note which one you'll be presenting.
- Length of presentation
You will have 15 minutes to present your work. Please plan your slides with this in mind.
- Documents to submit
- Your PowerPoint presentation
This will accompany your podium presentation
- An optional final manuscript
Your final manuscript expands upon your presentation, and will be included in the Proceedings of the Conference unless you specify otherwise.
You must upload your presentation and final manuscript at: http://nha.confex.com/nha/extra.cgi You will need your abstract ID and your password to upload these documents.
- Unable to present?
Please notify us as soon as possible so that we may adjust our program accordingly.
- Registration
Presenting authors ONLY should register at the Presenter/Moderator rate ($650). Co-authors will need to register at the regular rates.
