Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Cancellations received by January 9, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after January 9, 2009, but we encourage you to send a colleague in your place.
If you do intend to make a substitution, please inform us as soon as possible, so we will be able to provide the proper credentials at the registration desk. Notice of cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing and submitted to Andre Cutair/NHA at cutairA@hydrogenassociation.org.
