Registration
The NHA will be happy to process any complimentary registrations that are part of your sponsorship package.
Specifications for Video Ads
We will be displaying sponsor ads on flat panel displays this year. As a result, please prepare your ad for display on a SCREEN, not in PRINT.
- Physical size - ads should display well on a 42" (diagonal) screen. You should design for 1280 x 768 pixels.
- File size - 100Mb maximum
- Layout - your ad should display well in a "landscape" format.
- Acceptable motion file formats - avi, mpg, wmv
- Motion ads length - 30 seconds maximum. Please provide a running time with any motion ads, so we can make sure the slide stays on the screen for the appropriate amount of time.
- Acceptable static (non-motion) file formats - jpg, png, bmp, gif, eps, tif
All ad content must be at the NHA offices by March 6, 2009.
