Climate and Dress
The Greater Washington, DC area in February will see average temperatures in the mid-40s. There may also be snowfall or icy conditions. The temperature of the meeting rooms may be somewhat warmer or cooler than you might expect. You are encouraged to wear layered outer clothing.
